<<<I would like my bass track (track 9) to come out of sub 2 only. How 
<<<do I keep the wet signal of track 9 from coming out of the main out

That's not possible, the wet portion of the signal will always come out
of the main, you must keep your bass dry (effect A, send 2=0 ; effect B,
send 2=0) if you want it to come only out of sub 2.
