Emu XL-7 & MP-7 User's Group

Hey,

I'm having a problem/issue.  What I'd like to do is have 16 percussion tracks in tracks 1
-16 "a" going while I have synth tracks set up on "b" tracks.  What I'd like to do is to be 
able to play the "b" tracks live to the preprogrammed tracks going on in 1-16 "a."

Is that possible?  When I attempt to go to the "b" tracks my pads won't seem to trigger the 
sounds that are there.  I set the MIDI in to go to the "b" tracks but that didn't make a 
difference either.  I went through the manual but I don't see anything obvious.  I'm 
probably doing something stupid but I can't see what.
