Emu XL-7 & MP-7 User's Group

Yes, you both confirm that there is no way to do this, short of convincing computer 
app to mute say channel 1 when receiving a note triggered by trigger button 1.
i just want to be able to mute multiple channels of sound with hardware buttons.
Oh well.
