Oh gotcha, no way to really do that directly. However, a possible workaround (depending on your needs) would be to first use the Scale/Shift Duration function to scale all notes to a 0% duration, and then do it again using the Shift setting for actual note lengths you want. This way, all notes will end up the exact same length.
