i think you're talking about the mix quality. am i right? happens to
me alot if i have hats rolling and a lead is playing or the snare
plays and the hat sounds different at that moment. 

i dunno if there is one on the command station but try eq-ing it out
and a bit of volume tweaking. you know how to eq sweep right?
