Guys, they are NOT OEM.  They were designed by E-mu.  And no, while the
32MB flash for Cisco seems to use the same chips, it is most certainly
not the same part.  I can guarantee that the Cisco part doesn't have a
baby flash.  The E-mu flash has 32MB of sample flash and 2MB of preset
flash, only one of which can be read at a time (toggleable with some
data line).

As far as finding a memory chip guy to confirm this?  You already had
the last time I answered you...  =)
