Just posted a photo in the 'photos' section, pic 14 the last one on page 2.. best one if you can get it is caig 'cailube mcl' moving contact lubricant. It pretty much the industry standard for bring back pots, sliders and encoders. Top stuff Or get some cheap servisol super 10 switch cleaning lubricant. You dont need very much, just the smallest amount. if you use to much it will break down the greese on the shaft so it will end up feeling gritty and nasty if your not very carefull. Just spray it on the actual track, nowhere else!. If that dosent work then you can replace it. Have to be carefull un- soldering it though, its a double sideded plated through board so you could end up lifting tracks if your no very carefull..
