The following site might be helpful. It has a simple navigation 
frame. Click on system exclusive. I think the explanations on this 
site are really geared toward novices, but impart real understanding.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
