Footnote: The E-Mu sequencer DOES support SPP (Song Position Pointer) 
in case you are using Sonar as your master and you have tracks in your 
E-Mu sequencer that are tracking Sonar.

Enable SPP in Sonar.
Make sure E-Mu is accepting start and stop.
