Factory restore.

Is there a way to reset the machine to factory defaults? I bought the
XL7 used, and it has a lot of songs on it from the previous owner. I
would like to reset it. Can't find it in the manual or the FAQ.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
