Wow. I can't believe I forgot to add "mutes" as an erasable thing in the ERASE EVENTS menu. Well, you have two options that I can see. 1 - erase all events (which will toast all events in the linear song track, not the patterns) or, 2 - delete each mute/unmute event in the event editor.
