Emu XL-7 & MP-7 User's Group

Hey everyone, I just bought Sonar 5 producer edition and I'm trying to load my xl-7 songs into sonar.. It seems in my opinion that when I complete my song on my xl-7 it turns into format 0 so it only loads 1 track with everything on it..However there is another problem.. I have been using the XL-7 setup to do my beats you know kick on track 1 snare on track 2, kick 2 on track 5 and snare 2 on track 6 and so on (as described in our XL-7 thick ass manual) however Sonar only reconigzes GM and XG formats and it will record in midi everything except my drums that are on track 1 and 2 and so on.. How can I fix this problem.. Is there some kind of GM or XG template I can download for the XL-7..Or maybe I'm doing something wrong.. Has anyone mess with sonar 5 and EMU and if so does it record your drums tracks??????? That's my only problem it will record everything else except my drum tracks
