Re: [xl7] Hang on to your E-Mu manuals (hard copies and pdfs)

2006-04-15 by Bob S.

Manuals seem to be still available under "support" section, then "Click here for E-MU Legacy Hardware Instrument support"

However, I think it might be a good idea for someone to store everything they have somewhere until that inevitable time.....

It seems that E-Mu no longer has its synth hardware manuals and sysex
manuals available through www.emu.com. For those of you who have E-Mu
gear, I recommend keeping multiple copies of the pdfs--including
  several backups on CDs.

Also, if you think you might be interested in other E-Mu "legacy" gear,
you should probably look around now for the manuals.

Oddly enough, even though the Proteus 1/2/3 manual was available a few
weeks ago (long after after the Proteus 1/2/3 was a dinosaur), that too
  is gone.
