Re: Stolen E-Mu XL-7 Command Station w/ four ROM's

2006-08-15 by mhschmieder

Thanks all. I keep seeing Alesis Ions and occasional Nord Lead 3's up
for sale, but should probably stop obsessing over the loss as it's so
time-consuming and most people don't respond to queries anyway (even
when phrased innocently). So far I have seen no XL-7's show up on
Craigslist or eBay.

As for the part numbers of ROM's, once I finish sorting all the
computer printouts (my last task from my recent move), I'll see if I
still have a list. The guy I bought most of my now-stolen Command
Station stuff from, including the ROM's, sent me a list which I used
to decide what to buy from him (a former E-Mu dealer in SLC who is
slowly selling off his back stock, and is extremely knowledgeable
about E-Mu gear). Anyway, if I find that info, I'll contribute it to
this forum, as I see there's an ongoing topic on the subject.
