Hey Steve,

I started the group.  I did not start it to insult anyone.  I started 
it because this post is over run and there is nothing we can do about 
it.

Bob is a moderator at one of the Emu Sampler groups I am in.  He does 
a great job over there.

It is not a problem to assign owners and moderators once you have 
control of the group.

I agree that there is a disadvantage of loosing the info in the 
archives but that info will still be here.  What we will be gaining 
is the ability to control the spam and other garbage that has taken 
over this group.

Really what do we have to loose?

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
