Emu XL-7 & MP-7 User's Group

Hey guys (and DOLLs? in the XL-7 group), I have been a long time reader and once in a while I speak to the group. 
This time I was just wondering if any of you have anything other than the XL-7?, I have all of them,(-the B3) and multiples of them.
I have a few that "jump around" and those come from where I couldn't test them first, Like Ebay, (do I get charged for saying that word? ha) I have a few that have this problem. Stripped? Worn out. If you weren't able to test the item before buying it, sometimes this happens, always,... Ask the question to them, does the data wheel "jump around" or does it move "fluidly". You should first tighten the knob and then make that determination. I have a lot more to talk about...
