Emu XL-7 & MP-7 User's Group

Hi, all - I was wondering if it's possible for a Command Station to read a rack version of one of the other ROMs?  The ROMs I'm most interested in are hard to come by, but I see the rack versions they're based upon are plentiful and cheap.  Could I connect, say, an Xtreme Lead-1 to my MP-7, as a "workaround"? 

I use a Mac and Ctrlr crashes on launch, so I wouldn't be able to edit the ROMs, to install in the MP-7. But I wouldn't mind eventually buying multiple racks, if I could somehow chain them to my Command Station and get a poor-man's version of installing extra ROMs.
