New E-mu MP7 Owner "loading OS" blues

Hey guys I have a like new MP7 with 'loading OS' on startup and I can't get the new OS loaded,

Any tips on getting this thing working again?

I tried to enter diag. mode without avail and tried loading the OS using e-mus software on win 7 64 bit no works!!
