Turns out it was indeed "Axis Chemical Company", the track called "Endless Groove - Live mix" on mp3.com! They were based in Atlanta though, don't know why I thought it was Argentina, must have been other group (oh no, a new quest)I'm so going to donate to the Wayback Machine!
