Aha, so it's not just me! ;)
Two days ago I was looking for a pdf or other electronic version of the 
list of Siedlaczek ROM presets and spent way too much time on the 
Creative site to end up realizing it wasn't there at all :'(
Anyway, below is the list of the e-mu documents I have, which  I can 
forward to upload on some common site if there is interest :)
I also have *somewhere* the emu.ins cakewalk file containing all 
possible e-mu instruments, but I still have to dig for it :/

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
