thanks for your reply. have been busy at work and no time to turn the thing on to properly respond to the suggestions of yours, Steve or others.
here is what i shared in an earlier post: the eprom in thing reads proteus 2000 / expansion sound rom / MP-7
so this weekend, when i catch up from sleep i will crank it up and follow the suggestions i have been getting
