Emu XL-7 & MP-7 User's Group

Hi all,
        take away the XL-7's onboard sequencer is there any difference
between the XL-7 and the Proteus fitted with a XL-1 ROM card?

As far the Synthesizer goes, they are practically identical.

The differences other than the sequencer are:

The Xl-7 has;
a faster processor that provides better MIDI timing and a cleaner,
crisper sound.

Hi guys

It may have a faster processor, but it also have a more "processor hungry"
software, which causes glitches and crashes sometimes.
