Did you figure this out yet? I don 't use song mode, but I tried it (P2500) and once I moved the cursor to the start of the bottom row in the display showing the CT
CT EVENT <-> 001.01.001 --no events in track -
the BIG KNOB let me scroll through tempo and meter.
