Emu XL-7 & MP-7 User's Group

unfortunately no.... i have an mp-7 and then expanded with an xl-1 rom... i
uploaded some sequences from eloader and none of the kits were listed....so
i went down to the neighborhood music store...and checked the patterns in
the store xl-7... there are a lot of drum kits that don't come with the xl-1
rom that come with the xl-7 station... i believe that there are probably
enough similar kits that you can fudge it tho....

the problem is, you have no idea which presets they intend you to use
where... they stick to the standard for the most part
kicks on 1 and 5, snares on 2,6. hats, bells etc, on 3,4,7,8, and bass is
usually on 9.... after that tho, it's all up in the air...
i just play around for a bit and get some pretty interesting/usuable
results.... plus it inspires a lil bit of creativity too....
