Emu XL-7 & MP-7 User's Group

I've noticed there are some Sonar users in our group and I'm needing 
a little info. How do I take some old sequences from an ESQ-1 and fly 
the individual tracks into Sonar, tweak them, and fly into the XL-7? 
Also, how would you make Sonar act like the XL-7's sequencer as far 
as timing is concerned? (bts, arps, tempo based efxs) Thanks everyone!
