hMMM
my unit doesn't have the hex bolt. it just has the threads. There is nothing holding the whole thing in there.
On the MASTER VOLUME knob, however, there is a bolt! Maybe they just started doing this reciently? ANyone else have missing bolts?

David,

If you pull gently on the knob outward, it will come off. Behind it
is the moon shaped nipple with threads on it. There is a hex head
screw that snugs it to the faceplate which you can tighten to
eliminate the wobble.

hypocondriac whien it comes to gear, but i've had my problems with
things before. Of the 16 knobs on the left, knob #1 feels a little
bit wobbly. I'm affraid with too much tweaking, it might come loose
a little bit and detatch itself from the mainboard. There's nothing
holding it down now, but does anyone know if adding some bolts to
keep the secure might be a good idea??
