i've encountered this lil bug a lot... it especially seems to happen after cutting and pasting a track from one pattern into another. i usually save once to save the newly inputted notes. and then save again to make sure it is the right preset. it's annoying, but i've run into it so many times, that doubling back again to make sure everything is how i want it has become routine to me.
why does sometimes the xl7 get wrong presets when i switch from one pattern to the next? i saved all datas correctly and still the problem. so i have to revert the pattern (and this option stops the sequencer)... that´s not cool in a liveact... when it is a bug emu should solve it very fast....

of course, this is something that can only really be done at home, at not very conducive to "live" settings...
