I would like, if possible, to hook up with someone in the NY Area with the following qualif.
1) Knowledge of the EMU P2K and XL-1, even the XL-7 ('cause that seems to be next on my to buy list), but more importantly knowledge of these units as it pertains to use/management of arps/bts/patterns with the techno expansion rom (Rob Papen).
2) My quest is to organize all this stuff in a "usable" fashion in SoundDiver, Logic audio 5.0 (on a mac, but not your knowledge would not be exclusively necessary to BE on a mac.)
3) Love of all styles of trance, and proggressive house, but trance primarily!
If you're a trancehead, and are savvy with this type of rig, and feel capable of helping, I will offer you anything in return. Cash, studio time, my services as a mix engineer/Logic programmer, gear, whatever!
