Re: e-loader for mac

2002-09-24 by gongvibe

This is good - or at least hopeful news indeed. I have spent hour(s)
trying to get eloader 1.1 to up or download to the XL7 with no success.
Configuration is mac G4 400. MOTU USB MIDI Express XT, Digital
Performer 2.7 using OMS emulator. I can see the XL7 banks etc in
eloader - but any attempt to up or download fails. Maybe it is becaue I
am not running OMS ("Oh, A Mess"), which I have been trying avoid if at
all possible as in my experience (many years with OMS - I was SO happy
to finally be free of it) it creates more problems than it solves. Emu
tech says that if I can see the XL7 info in eloader than the OMS
emulator all should be fine. Any advice or insights are greatly
appreciated.

Thanks to all!

Ed
