I think it's just called "Key +" or "Key +/-" in the patchcord screen. Key 
Velocity tells the synth section how hard or soft you're pressing the 
rubber keypads.

What I want to say is, that there´s a a Patchcord source described in the
manuals called "Key 
Velocity", I can´t find that source in my XX-7, and I´m even not sure what
it really does, taking the 
time between notes, or anything else?
