The USB port is for uploading and downloading songs and patterns only. To upgrade your OS,
you'll need a MIDI hub and MIDI cables. MIDI will also up and download songs and patterns, just
not as quickly as the USB.

Subject: Uhh...can I use just a USB cable?
Umm...I also got a display model from MARS that didn't have the
CD..and they're closing nation-wide..it was really cheap..but
anyhow...can I just use a USB cable for connecting to my computer or
do I need a MIDI Hub? Heh...it might be a stupid question..but..I'm
new..sorry..yea...thanks.
