not sure who you are asking but allow me to give my 2 cents on
the ASR X Pro. I owned one for 2 years and it was probably my
favorite piece of gear i've ever owned. i've had just about every
Akai and E-mu on the market and the ASR X was just pure
sickness. it sounded so great. sampling and resampling was
actually enjoyable and the effects were bananas. to make it
quick: Buy the ASR X if you are looking for a great sampler that
has features that will inspire you to do new things while
sounding AWESOME. Don't buy it for the sequencer because it
sucks ass. Although if you slave it off the Xl-7 the timing will be
tight. my advice is to get it before they completely disappear. it is
a classic and is capable of many things and is much more fun
  than a rackmount sampler.
