Emu XL-7 & MP-7 User's Group

What did you do to set up each pad to be a different channel?  That might 
help us figure out what's not working.

But when I hit "record", I thought each pad would be recorded to its 
own track (or midi channel), so that I would benefit from separate 
quantizing, mute/unmute etc. What is going on? Can't the MP-7 record 
to 2 different tracks at the same time?
