I don't believe there is any documentation like that, sorry. If you want to see if it's part of the preset, you first stop would be to look at the Transpose page in Preset Edit for all layers. If you see all of the layers are transposed by something other than 0, the chord is probably part of the Preset, and not the actual waveform. rEalm I'm still trying to wrap my head around sound design on the XL-7. Unless I've missed something, it seems that some of the wavetables (a surprisingly high percentage, actually) are samples of chords, not just single notes. Is there a reference anywhere that tells which chords they are? If I have missed something and they are programmed into the presets I'm still curious which chords they are. Some of the names give a little hint but I'm wondering if anyone can make it a little easier on us curious folks.
