 Thanks for the clarification Aaron.  Dont get me wrong, like i said, ill be
more than happy to use the X-mix, I just thought that was a shortcoming. Picking
up in the same spot in the new pattern should cover that base.(i hope!)

Guys, why don't you wait till you at least try the feature before you
trash it.  The part picks up immediately, at the appropriate time in
the sequence.  If you swap it in at bar 3, beat 2, it will start the
new track immediately at bar 3, beat 2.  It doesn't start playing the
beginning of the track in the middle of the pattern, that'd be silly.
