The fact that the Emu staff not only monitor this group, but *listen and react* to the people who use their product is both a rarity and a valuable commodity in this business. >>>Emu and Access are (IMO) the two best companies at listening to their customers, and showing a company presence on public lists. If you have a frustration, you generally don't have to wait long for a reply or an answer.
