Back up Presets

2003-05-06 by erik_magrini@Baxter.com

Yeah, pretty much only two reasons to back up your Presets to a computer:

1. You ran out of availble User Preset locations (IE, you're out of
space). This is something that will take you a LONG time to do, so it
shouldn't be problem.

2. Just in case. It always pays to back up your work, you never know when
you mioght accidentally erase something, or heaven forbid, something worse
happens. Since you already have a PC, this still shouldn't be an issue. A
simple midi interface is fairly cheap, and there's plenty of free basic
software sequencers that will record sysex data, so you don't even have to
pay for one.

But, like Aaron said, it's entirely neccessary either. You could use just
the XX-7 by itself forever and not need a PC.

cuz tha way more work 2 look for a sysex sequencer saver..thas only if u
run out of space right??
