Emu XL-7 & MP-7 User's Group

I was wondering do you have a couple of Cubase SX templates that you use with the 
XX-7 when you start working on a new project. I'm 
having problems get it to sync up without any lag. I was looking into the file area...I 
couldn't find anything.
