I'm a current mp7 and an asr xpro user, and i'm really wondering how long it's gonna take them to combine these 2 great machines together... using samples with rom sounds shouldn't be hard to work out for their programmers... E-4 series allready are doing it. sampling command station would kick mpc4000's ass. at least if the sampling part is as good as some of e-series..

No, but you can start one if you like. Or you could buy a flash rom Why the hell haven't these dropped in price at all? Isn't the >anywhere< other than emu that can provide these? bIz >

> > > > I'm a current mp7 and an asr xpro user, and i'm really wondering how
> long it's gonna take them to combine these 2 great machines
> together...
> using samples with rom sounds shouldn't be hard to work out for their
> programmers... The new XL-9 will be in stores this January....
...(rEalm wakes up from his blissful dream)....
...sadly those are word's we'll probably never actually hear. Rumor has
it Emu is really refocusing their market right now, like most music gear
manufacturers, to focus on the PC and DAW based market. I'd be surprised
(though delighted) to see a new Command Station.
