Emu XL-7 & MP-7 User's Group

i've been looking at xl 7's and ive decided to buy one, but they're 
twice the price here in the uk (£550 ($1000)) and none of the order 
companies on the net ship to the uk (except for music123, who are 
only selling one nicked and dented second hand one for $630) 
unfortunately i have no family in the US. Does anyone have a 
solution, or should i get the nicked and dented one for the higher 
price?
any comments would be appreciated.

Another consideration: Does the XL-7 do power switching or would an 
electrical adaptor be necessary? I'm at work so I can't check mine.

You could buy one off ebay or something and arrange shipment with the 
seller.

Anything between 100-240 VAC 50 or 60 Hz.  All you need is the cable.
