does this mean they're gonna give the xtreme lead, proteus and 
mophatt rom data away?

Also noticed they've removed the hardware samplers from their 
product line up.

And are apparently unwilling to give the current hardware sampler 
users a bug free final OS. Looks like we were lucky on the **-7 side!
Maybe they want to force rfx users int the new e.x.  Pretty 
dissapointing for the people that carry the e-mu name:(

The people carrying the Emu name are not the ones causing this, it's the 
people carrying the Creative Labs name we need to thank for all of this.

I've got a sneaking feeling that the proteus roms will (or 
eventually) come out for the emulator x

I'm reluctant to spend on anymore roms atm until i know more

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
