New ZR Rom doesn´t work ???

I just installed e new TR axpansion board and it doesn´t show up in my XL7. What could I have done wrong?? Your help is much appreciated.

1) Was this a new rom?
2) Were you grounded when you put it in?
3) Does everything else function?
4) Check to make sure the rom is properley seated (the metal clips
should pop into place locking the rom in)
5) Try another rom slot
