Hold Tap when you press record. You'll get replace record mode. It punches out at the end of the pattern. BTW Aaron, I still have a minor problem with setting the Count In to "d". Everytime I scroll to that symbol (try scrolling fast), the cursor jumps automatically to the quantize field and changes those settings too. This is on two machines now, so I think it's an OS issue. Doesn't happen everytime, but more often than not. Not a biggy, just a heads up. rEalm Hold Tap when you press record. You'll get replace record mode. It punches out at the end of the pattern.
