Sequencing trick tip !

Sequencing trick tip !

2005-03-02 by Daim

Here's a neat fact . You can ( in song mode ) program any of the 32 tracks no matter
what number or letter become ( trigger 1 ) .
So for all you Drum & Bass heads that like doing filter sweeps with the bassline in a live
performance situation, but put the bassline is on; say ( track 16B ). In the pattern edit
menu there is a section where you can place witch ever track sound where ever. The only
catch is you have to cut and paste the notes, from track 16 to track 1. <Now that I think
about it ,there is a X function, on the 2.0 OS . I don't know if that will save you from the
cut and paste aspect of it,but I will check that out.> Make sure you save the multi-set and
save on the pattern, then when you go to (step record ) in song mode, and that nasty
bassline drops on the 1 ( pun intended )you can go nob crazy with out flipping channels or
totally reconstructing your patterns for realtime effects.

If this makes no sence to you and ya want more info hit me back

Daim ;-)

well I'm just a chump that only uses patterns right now so when i make
a song i'll come back asking if i dont understand by then. didnt
realise till i reread that you have to be in song mode :)

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
