tired of this quirk

tired of this quirk

2005-07-24 by huskama

I have a PX 7 with vintage and XL roms. Cool machine, but it seems to
need to be slapped around alittle. Turning on and off when things get
weird. It is hard to share as I will need to make a list of buggy
behavior and post again. One thing now of that is a major bummer is
when I change patterns on the command station it will change the
volume and panning I have on a multi on my Oasys PCI card, I had other
problems of similiar nature when hooking up the PX-7 to my Micron. I
know about pilot error and yes sometimes I've overelooked something.
What could I be overlooking, or is this a permanet problem? BTW the
latest OS, and I've turned of program change on both devices

Well in the Oasys multi prefence I unchecked update mixer settings
and
that helped. BUT on the command station I am still baffled why
when
I set up a user preset with vol and panning I like and save it with a

a new name in a user bank and save the pattern I get panning and
volume changes(that are undesirable) and different to the ones I
have saved. This occurs when that pattern is selected.
This only happen on some patterns. I am using the internal sounds
on
them. This is very lame

another discovery, the problem with the changing of pan and volume
seems to be when you hit the stop transport buttton
come on you guys I got a response from this or other ? How do I
make my bones?
