how do I set arp to same as key range?

he110 - I am using controller C-1 to B-2 to trigger only sampler- and want to play xl7(synth) on controller only from C-3 to C-6 I set KEY RANGE in layers and all is fine until I turn arp on- and the keys from C-1 to B-2 play xl7... is there seperate arp range that I miss? thanx for any help.

top of pg 255 of the manual (XL7-OpMan-G.pdf).
"Notes inside the range will arpeggiate while notes outside the specified
range will not arpeggiate. Use the Extensions parameters to exceed the
upper boundary of the Key Range (see the information about Extensions
beginning on page 251)."
the pictures shows "MASTER ARPEGGIATOR" but "the preset and master
arpeggiators have the same parameters".
