Song Mode? Questions...

Song Mode? Questions...

2002-03-21 by erik_magrini@Baxter.com

Do you ever notice it getting slow while in Song mode? You press a button
and it takes a little while for the screen to come up, stuff like that?

Is it possible to record Track Mutes to a Song in realtime?

rEalm

This do never happend to me. It works 100% perfect, and the mutes 'n
stuff just does that I've told it to.

Well, I had problems with this before, but that was the time I used
to press the "enter" button everytime I changed the mutes 'n stuff.

Yes, it's a bit slow, and that's one of the problems. If you press
the mutes / unmutes while it's "loading" another step, the mutes can
change in weird ways. Also it's recommended to not use the enter
button when you're changing the mutes 'n stuff.

How do you advance to the next step then?

Also it's recommended to not use the enter button when you're changing the mutes 'n stuff.

Just use the "track change" buttons.

Uuum, in other words: Only use the enter button to add more patterns
into the song, but if you're editing mutes only use the two
track/layer buttons instead. This is also a much faster way to do it.
