Mix buttons and keypads muted.

Hi, Since a few days, my mix volume is not working and the keypads too. I have upgrade to 1.18 but at that time it works. Did i do something wrong or is it a defection from the machine . Please somebody help me. I cant stand this torture. Thanks,
