Emu XL-7 & MP-7 User's Group

So I have Windows XP in vm-ware, and downloaded E-Loader 1.0 from the files section here, and it says it installs but I don't see an executable anywhere and no links in the start menu... How do I run the thing? I've read about later versions of e-loader as well, specifically v1.1. Are these versions available anywhere? I'm trying to upgrade my XL-7 from OS v1.17 to whatever is the most recent version.. (2.0, I think?)
