Yeah, I doubt it will run on modern Windows, as it looks like an old DOS program. I run it on an old Dell Inspiron Win98/DOS laptop that I got off eBay for like $40. The laptop cannot do much at all, not even networking, but it will run my old DOS file conversion and librarian software programs that use internal (non USB) floppy disks. I have to use Midisport midi interface, cause it is the only one I could find that you can get old Win98 drivers for. Maybe you could try it with Win98 compatibility mode?

I used an XP VM hosted on my Mac Book Pro via Parallels 8.x I used a MIDIsport and the corresponding M-Audio drivers for XP. and loaded perfectly w/ eLoader 1.1 This was with my P2K -RVK
